Immerse yourself in a journey of profound self-discovery and spiritual awakening with our unique mindfulness workshop, “Embrace Your Inner Elements.” This transformative experience invites you to explore the elemental forces of earth, air, fire, and water through meditation and group practice, while drawing insightful connections to themes from the book, Death, A Love Story by Janell Flores Bolte.
We’ve curated a full weekend itinerary with mindfulness workshops, wine tasting, cooking demos, yoga & breath work, our Trinity Sound Experience, and a bike tour-- all included in your nightly rate. To enhance your experience, we’ve partnered with the incredible soul coach, mindfulness teacher, and author of Death, A Love Story, Janell Flores Bolte. Join us for Embracing Your Inner Elements and embark on a journey that promises to enrich your mindfulness practice, deepen your spiritual understanding, and transform your relationship with the natural world. This workshop will not only expand your awareness but also, offer you tools to live more fully and authentically.

Start your journey with Jessica Fajans, as you move through a curated yoga class with the intention to connect to the elements in various poses, breath, and wisdom teachings.
Together, we will explore the element of being and cultivating a deep connection with ourselves, the season, and the elements as we go inward to explore physical and interior spaces. Expect the experience to awaken chakras, energy, and qi within.

Kick off the evening with local wine tasting, Santa Cruz Pop Up Shops, and opening night with Janell.

Dive into the essence of each element—earth, air, fire, and water—through guided meditations designed to align your spirit with the natural world. Feel the grounding stability of earth, the freeing breath of air, the transformative power of fire, and the fluid adaptability of water, as they become integral parts of your mindfulness practice.
Throughout the workshop, we’ll weave in reflections from the book, Death: A Love Story. Explore how the themes of love, loss, and transformation mirror the elemental practices and deepen your understanding of these spiritual forces. The book’s exploration of mortality and its impact on our lives will provide a profound context for your mindfulness practice and elemental experiences.

Connect to seasonal energies to infuse wisdom and strength within. You will explore the forces of the elements that exist in nature and learn herbal remedies.
